into the .BPres and never move.
Chat and socials take ?layout=; art takes
?layer=. Each preset gets its own pre-placed instance, because a
webpage source cannot read which preset is live (issue 013).
Superseded by the art layers and no longer referenced by the pack, but the paths are frozen and still serve (issue 006): /overlays/frame/, /overlays/background/.
